1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 7 and 8 in private. 2. Prevention of Domestic Abuse (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will take evidence on the Bill at Stage 1 from— Pam Gosal, Member in Charge of the Bill, Scottish Parliament; Charlie Pound, Head of Policy and Research, Scottish Conservative MSP Group; Roz Thomson, Principal Clerk, Head of Non-Government Bills Unit, Agata Maslowska, Senior Clerk, Non-Government Bills Unit, and Ailidh Callander, Senior Solicitor, Legal Services Office, Scottish Parliament. 3. Member's Bills (in private): The Committee will consider draft calls for views for the Member's Bills considered earlier under agenda items 2 and 3. 7. Challenges facing businesses and vulnerable individuals in Scotland from the risks of cybercrime: The Committee will consider its approach following the oral evidence session of 14 May 2025. 8. Pre-Budget Scrutiny: The Committee will consider its approach to Pre-Budget Scrutiny for 2026/27.
