1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 3, 4, 5 and 6 in private. 2. Instruments subject to negative procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Environmental Protection (Disposal of Polychlorinated Biphenyls and other Dangerous Substances) (Scotland) Amendment (No. 2) Regulations 2025 (SSI 2025/78) 3. Scottish Parliament (Recall and Removal of Members) Bill: The Committee will consider the delegated powers in this Bill at Stage 1. 4. Dog Theft (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the delegated powers in this Bill at Stage 1. 5. Leases (Automatic Continuation etc.) (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider an update to its approach to the scrutiny of the Bill at Stage 1. 6. Work programme: The Committee will consider its upcoming session with the Minister for Parliamentary Business.
