1. Motion to remove a member of the Committee: S6M-17314 - That the Equalities, Human Rights and Civil Justice Committee recommends that the Parliament remove Maggie Chapman MSP from office as a member of the Committee. 2. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 4 and 5 in private. 3. International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (ICESCR): The Committee will take evidence from— Lorne Berkley, Strategic Lead: Policy and Rights, Scottish Commission for People with Learning Disabilities; Charlie McMillan, Interim Director, Human Rights Consortium Scotland; Clare MacGillivray, Director, Making Rights Real; Lucy Mulvagh, Director of Policy, Research and Impact, Health and Social Care Alliance Scotland (the ALLIANCE); Professor Angela O'Hagan, Chair, Scottish Human Rights Commission. 4. International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (ICESCR): The Committee will consider the evidence it heard under agenda item 3. 5. For Women Scotland Ltd (Appellant) v The Scottish Ministers (Respondent): The Committee will consider its approach to scrutiny of the implications of the Supreme Court Judgment. 6. Civil Legal Aid Inquiry (in private): The Committee will consider its approach to the inquiry.
