Subordinate legislation: The Committee will take evidence on the Scotland Act 1998 (Modification of Schedule 5) Order 2026 from— Neil Gray, Cabinet Secretary for Health and Social Care, Gerald Byrne, Head of Constitutional Policy, Nicki Crossan, Assisted Dying Shadow Bill Team Leader, and Ailsa Garland, Principal Legal Officer, Scottish Government. 4. Subordinate legislation: Neil Gray (Cabinet Secretary for Health and Social Care) to move— S6M-20226—That the Health, Social Care and Sport Committee recommends that the Scotland Act 1998 (Modification of Schedule 5) Order 2026 be approved. 5. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider a draft report on the Scotland Act 1998 (Modification of Schedule 5) Order 2026. 6. Non-surgical Procedures and Functions of Medical Reviewers (Scotland) Bill: (In Private) The Committee will consider a draft Stage 1 report. 7. Climate Change Plan: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 2 and at last week's meeting.
