Subordinate legislation: Neil Gray (Cabinet Secretary for Health and Social Care) to move— S6M-20226—That the Health, Social Care and Sport Committee recommends that the Scotland Act 1998 (Modification of Schedule 5) Order 2026 be approved. 5. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider a draft report on the Scotland Act 1998 (Modification of Schedule 5) Order 2026. 6. Non-surgical Procedures and Functions of Medical Reviewers (Scotland) Bill: (In Private) The Committee will consider a draft Stage 1 report. 7. Climate Change Plan: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 2 and at last week's meeting.
